This lofty one-bedroom apartment is in the warehouse district of New Orleans, on a street known for its art galleries. It was partially furnished with a mid-century vibe. We finished off the decoration with the classic womb chair, sleek media console and, of course, art. In the main living space, draperies combined with solar shades on the soaring windows filter light, mitigate heat, and lend needed privacy. In contrast, the bedroom is located on an interior wall with no windows at all. A palette of white and natural materials brings an unexpected lightness to an otherwise dark space.

We love having an opportunity to show our more modern capabilities and how even a smaller space can live large. This pied-a-terre provides the perfect place to stay for weekend gatherings or business meetings.
