And the winner is…
America has spoken and their overall favorite color is…blue. According to House Beautiful‘s Color Report, 29 percent of those surveyed (4,000 participants total) choose the color blue as their choice of paint color. Another hue on their radar was green, who received 21 percent of the vote.
“Blue and green are cool hues that imbue our living spaces with serenity. Our homes are our havens, and we’re not surprised that the two most popular colors are restful and reassuring,” said House Beautiful Editor-in-Chief Newell Turner.
